The Cottages at 1050 Elizabeth

Affordable cottage style homes with many amenities. The cottages are located within walking distance from downtown Saugatuck and close to the Kalamazoo River and Lake Michigan beaches. There are two cottages on a large double lot at 1050 Elizabeth. Both cottages have two bedrooms, one bath, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. The front cottage has one bedroom with a queen size bed and one with a full size bed. The living room has a futon sofa that folds into a full size bed. The garden cottage has two bedrooms with full size beds. No smoking is permitted.

 Confirmation:

$200 Security Deposit and $200 Down Payment for weekly rentals within 5 days of scheduling.  Security Deposit is refundable within 7 days of departure pending satisfactory inspection of the premises.  Down payment is refundable if the cottage can be rebooked.  Balance is due upon check-in.

During the off season (10/1 - 5/1), nightly rentals considered at $130/night
Minimum 2 night stay during this time period.
